I went to their site to go buy a Radeon 9700 mouse pad for $4 and their lowest shipping is $15.00. :Q That is just outrageous! That means they're making about a $10 profit on everything they sell because of their shipping. I bet that if I got that mouse pad, the shipping stick would say $1.98 or something. I'm so pissed with people ripping me off from their stupid shipping charges.

How do you know they make profit on the shipping? They might just take extra care with your lovely mousepad and cushion it nice in a comfy little casing. They may even hand deliver it to your door and set it up on your desk.

I wanted to order a DVI to VGA converter that comes with their cards (didn?t come with my 9600pro) and it was 5 bucks but with shipping its 10 bucks plus tax. I think they are trying to fsck you over cause I live very close to ATI headquarters (I realize it?s probably not where the shipping site located but its somewhere in Ontario I think).

I ended up buying it from a retailer for a similar price.

That's bull. That converter is nice though. :)

They're shipping it from Canada, probably like a billion miles away from you.... on the other hand, they're right next door to me. =)

They could be shipping it from Canada, eh?

I recently shipped a camera here, in Ontario, to a fellow in California. The shipping was about $5 USD. Trust me, you're getting ripped off.

Depends on who they use to ship it too. UPS and some others charge a special fee for taking it across the border.
