ATi has never exagerated on its specs, what they have listed is most likely what the card will be.

The first card looks good, the second card though... 2001? eeek! Looks like ATi is going for Christmas again - like they were going to with the Rage Fury in 98 - I hope they make it this time!

I want this card but if it's coming out in November I might as well just snag the Rampage, providing that 3Dfx is still in business and can actually launch on time. I thought ATI claimed the Radeon will be here this mmonth. I even saw an advertisement in the new issue of PC Shopper.

Guardian: I didn't think that the Radeon was coming out until Sept. or Oct.

There are two seperate cards listed in those specs, I think the first one, the SideWinder is the Radeon chipset, the Stinger is probobly different becuase it won't be out until 2001.

Seems to me that everyone has forgotten about bad driver support. I hope it improves as this card WILL rock.

I really hope it ain't another BitBoys scenario! NV20 watch out me thinx :)

I would think the Radeon will be reviewed on hardware sites, this august. As they have had samples running for quite some time now. It will probably be on the shelves early septemeber.

This new card will probably be reviewed etc late december or early january and on the shelves in Feb.

From what I heard ATI are taking 3D market serious now, and want to start shipping on time.

I personally think ATI have the money and resources to do this. Although depends how they get around the Memory bandwidth problem.

Hopefully ATI can deliver on time for once. Its going to be difficult to catch up with nVidia's rediculously fast product cycle though

Hmm.. memory bandwidth... Interesting... Does any one have a clue what kind of mem config ATI will have on those cards?

Dude... It looks like ATI is improving on their product cycle this time for real! *Phew* Guess it will stand a chance against nVidia. :)
