ATI's Mobility and NVidia's GeForce2 Go

Are there any reviews or comparisons of these two notebook vid cards? Perhaps some people here have seen the two in action and can give a little info?

The ATI Radeon Mobility is having production problems and might not be released for a while. The current M4 is about 1/3 slower in 3D than the Geforce 2 Go. Here are some links for reviews of the Geforce 2 Go:

radeon mobility is not out yet, but I would wait for it if getting a laptop. Heard the geforce 2 go is a bit hot, that's why not many manufacturers have adopted it. I think some Toshibas have it if you need it now.
The good thing about the mobility is it has the dvd features of radeon.
