ATI's Flip Que Size

Hello,

I'm using Windows Vista RC1 and I would like to change my flip que size. Unfortunately, ATI Tray Tools does not work on RC1 (that I know of anyway) and I was wondering if anyone knew a way to change the flip que size without using ATI TT? I want to play Oblivion and the game runs a whole lot better if I lower the que size.
