My term paper is due day after tomorrow. Computer (Thinkpad T41p) has been working fine, for the last two months, and now it starts acting up in a serious way.

The problem is with the ati2dvag.dll - my monitor will freeze, and after a while I get a BSOD saying "Infinite loop" blabla.

So I've tried searching the web, and found some solutions:
1) install standard cpu-pci bridge
2) uninstall drivers with ati uninstaller and install again
3) dont install ati control panel
4) set hardware acceleration to none

none of these have worked for me.. any other ideas? it cannot be new hardware or software... it just happened - one minute it was fine, the next - BSOD all over.

boot into safe mode, uninstall your video drivers, and download a different version. I had this issue with my lappy.
