ATI xpress 200 board was not Tamperd with

Grayskull (ATI support): In what manner was the board supposedly tampered with?

Who is telling you that this level of overclocking is not normal?

The facts are that the board that Wesley got for the review was early silicon and nothing "special" or "tampered" with.

I can say this with 100% certainty since I sent him the board.
