Is this is the indication of the drop of prices on the ATI cards? a drop from MSRP of $499 to $350 is not bad.

Are there any similar specials on the PCIe version any time soon? maybe.

No you arent the only one. Lots of people do, lots of people dont. To me its not better, because its too slow to run games with the features it can do, than the X850 cant anyways.
