ATI x800XL no video

Moved my pc to a different room and upon first bootup.....no video. Bios beeps 1 long and 1 short. D-Bracket shows (when pc beeping) that trouble initializing video. All i get is a black screen. Not sure if it is my vid card or not.
Tried reseating video card.....same thing.

Any ideas as to what I can try?
