ati x800xl - fan problems

I just received a x800xl refurb from ati's website. Within 24 hours the fan has locked up. If i flick it with my finger it will spin for a few seconds then stop again due to friction. If you were me would you opt for a aftermarket cooling solution, try to fix the fan which would possibily void my warrenty or just send it back for a replacement?

Has anyone else had fan problems with the x800xl?

well it has a warranty, I would call em up to set up an RMA asap. Unless if you want to go for an aftermarket cooler, that's good too (but risky)
