ati x800 pro vs ati x850xt

What are some of the diffrence between the ati x800 pro ati x850xt? I know the x800 has 12 pipelines while the x850 has 16 pipelines, but what else is there?
 
the clock speeds on the x850xt is also higher. if you're looking to upgrade, then you'll notice a nice performance jump...but not sure if it's worth the $250 you'll be spending?
 
thanks, is that mainly the diffrence is the clock speeds, or is there some core diffrence to besides the 12 and 16 pipelines.
 
the x800's are r430 core while the x850's are r480 cores. they really don't make much of a difference unless you overclock...in which the r480 cores are insane. the x800pro is what...475/900? the x850xt is like 520/1080.

The pro is not the R430 core, its the R423 or something like that, thats in PCIe. in AGP its R420.
R430 is the XL core i think and some of the GTO's
