I have a ati x800 video card, it come with a nice overdrive option in the drivers that overclocks the card based on temp, well anytmie i turn this on and reboot, the video get alot of lines thru it. I dosent seem to happen until i reboot, i do notice some decent performance increases while benchmarking with the option on, so I would like to keep it on all the time.
This has been happening for the last 3 or so drivers revs, Everytime i upgrade the video drivers, I keep hoping it will go away. I tried to uninstall the drivers and remove what I could see and do a fresh install, no dice.
Even if the system is bone cold, I can boot up, set overdrive and reboot and the lines are there, It dosent seem to be a heat issue.
ANyone have this issue?
