I was thinking of buying that GPU because of the unlocking to a X850 XT PE. However, I went to techpowerup to read the guide and it is very confusing.... It says download the modified flashrom, the BIOS file, and then ?????? So I just extract the mod utility, run it, then what's the BIOS file for?? What, do I put all the files on a floppy or something, WTF???? HELP, I don't understand how to do this flashing, guide is VERY unclear.
