So lately I've been playing 2142 and graw and about 5 minutes into a game the card will either freeze up and I'll need to restart, or I catalyst comes up telling me the vpu has become unresponsive so it restarts the graphics subsystem. I've had my rig for about 8 months and I just started running into this problem. I first thought immediately overheat, so I ran ati tool and monitored the temp as it went... about 5 minutes in temps are around 90C and after a few minutes there what do you know, black screen then it comes back and it is fine. Is this an overheat or something else? I think ati tool said the GPU draw was around 21 amps at 90, according to ati tool it said the fan only went up to 50% speed, so it doesn't seem like an overheat? Ideas?

Edit: I just ran the "show 3d view" and GPU draw was a 30A, is this normal?

Running the "show 3d it got to a peak of 32.7A GPU draw, 88-89Celcius (GPU TEMP) when it locked up and showed me a white screen.

Looks to be because of temperature, I forced the fan to 100% and it stayed around 75C and it didn't crash. It seems like the onboard logic isn't cranking the fan up enough and it's overheating?
