ATI vs. Nvidia & Why

Back in the day? Nvidia. Today, AMD.
Never rolled with red much (ATI), but moved to the real team green (AMD) and it's been good.

Basically since the 4870, IMO the Radeons have been better choices. I thought the HDMI audio output on the 4870 was a big boon over the Geforces of the time. Nvidia plays a lot of catchup and I get tired of waiting for them.

Latest has been a 5870 from a few years back, it's my favorite video card of all time.

First video card was whatevers in a 286 😉 and a Commodore 128. First 3D card was a Diamond Monster 3D (3dfx Voodoo1).
