ATI virgin! What do I need to know?

After owning nothing but Nvidia cards for the last 4 years I have turned a blind eye to all ATI-related info. I finally caved and got a 9700 Pro for my new system. I'm using the Catalyst 4.1's. What are the best drivers, overclocking utilities, driver cleaners, websites, etc etc for ATI?

Omega drivers get a lot of good press around here. Better IQ, very minor speed hit if at all.
OCing: Radeonator, RivaTuner, or Rage3DTweak.
Driver cleaner: DriverCleaner
Websites: Anandtech.com?

Overclocking: Powerstrip is fine, as well as most other OC utilities.

I swear that I've seen a comparison between DNA, Omega and Catalyst drivers that shows the Omega having wayyyy higher framerates on certain benchmarks.. can't remember where though.

I've never seen any obvious IQ differences between the two, but in the Chimp demo, I definately get a higher frame rate with the Omegas.
