I know ATI makes the chipsets for other manufacturers to build their cards, but I was told today that someone else makes the cards for ATI to be sold under ATI's name. If so, who's the maker?

 
Or mayhaps more precisely, Sapphire's parent PC Partner. In recent years at least, ATI still manufactured the AIW's but I donut know if they even do that anymore.
