ATI TV Wonder

I have a Hercules GeForce2 GTS and was wanting to add TV functions. What I want to do is be able to watch cable, do video capture (preferably in MPEG-2), and video editing. I was looking at the ATI TV Wonder and it seems like it would fit the bill (although it does video capture only in MPEG-1). I have heard of incompatibilities with some video cards and the ATI TV Wonder. Does anybody have the combo I am contemplating working okay? Are there any other good alternatives?

I have tried an ATI AIW Radeon and although that does everything well, it is significantly slower in 3D (especially in UT) that I think I prefer an add-in card.

I just ordered this card... It was one of the only tv tuners i found that had 2k support and a remote. But what really impressed me was the fact it could import video at 640x480 and the price is great here is the link only 45 bucks + some shipping... Who knows might be a bad card though i'll post my findings of the card
