ATI TV Wonder VE vs ATI TV Wonder Pro

can anyone tell me whats the difference besides the extra $20-$30 price?

The VE is mono sound only, and doesn't have S-video inputs, or as many audio outputs (for TV sound into the PC) The Pro is a newer model too (couple months old vs couple years old).
