ATI TV Wonder problems

Well I tried another ATI product and already I'm regretting it. Maybe one of these days I'll learn. Anyway,

I installed the Tv Wonder PCI version and the tv tuner shows a nice slideshow when I try to watch any channel. I can hear it fine, but the picture only changes once every ten seconds or so. I installed the driver's off of the cd.

current system is P2-450, Abit BH6, Nvidia TNT, Ensoniq PCI sound card, Win 98, directx8a, latest detonator driver's and sound card driver's.

Any thoughts? Thanks..
 
What driver version are you using? Check out geforcefaq.com. There is a fix for tv tuner cards with NVIDIA cards that enables Video Busmaster overlay.
