ATi TV wonder Pro issues

On the Composite and S-video out of the ATI TV wonder pro, i keep getting these blue lines all over the top and bottom half of the screen, happens only with the DVD player connected to the unit, TV is perfect. Newest Drivers, MMC 9.1 i think as well. Tried swaping out the RCA cable to others, no change.

Macrovision? Drivers? Line interference? dunno...
