ATI TV Wonder picture quality :(

I've had an ATI TV Wonder for over a month now and the video quality seems to be lacking. Most of the reviews of it I read said the video quality is great. It's ok when set to 320x240 but when I take to up to higher resolutions it just seems fuzzy. I'm in college so that's where the signal is coming from. Ányone have any suggestions to try and fix it?? Thanks a bunch.
