ATI TV Wonder PCI....freeze up

I have an ATI- TV wonder that freezes up under Win Me, full version. It worked fine in 98SE using identical hardware and i cant find a workaround for it. Installed new drivers from ATI, switched PCI slots, and reconfigured IRQs, all to no luck. No IRQ/DMA/IO problems or anything that I can tell. The whole computer freezes up as soon as I load the software. It worked the first time I installed it, and after that, never again. The hardware looks fine, but the software keeps freezing up. Any ideas?
