ATI-TV Wonder drivers STOP system

I just purchased an ATI-TV Wonder tuner board and when I plugged it in and installed the drivers, my system halted (Win2k Blue Screen of Death) on the installation of Video drivers (i'm using newly downloaded drivers, so that's not the problem). Does anyone have a clue on how to go about fixing this?
