ATi Tool Vista not booting into windows

just installed latest version of ati tool in windows vista business, set 2d/3d clocks for my x1900xt and now my windows will not boot up normally... it would only boot into safe mode. what should i do?
 
Uninstall it?

Edit: As an alternative you could try using msconfig in safe mode to prevent it from loading at startup & see if you can run it manually after Vista loads.
