ATI TOOL GOING THE WRONG WAY

i got ati tool today and though i havent left it very long it seems to be underclocking my card!!!! set it goin to find the highest core clock and it started goin down from the 275mhz stock speed of my 9500pro!!

using omega 4.3's
 
once it does that, just open the logfile and find what clock the erros started at. set it to about 10mhz below and you're set to go.
