ATI Theater 650

So, a while ago, Anand took a look at ATI's Theater 650. They said it was expected around the end of july or so.

Now, I'm nowhere near impatient on this front (only impatient with mobos atm), but is there any indication of when this will come out? Should I wait it out, or just go with a Theater 550?
 
The 650s are supposed to be out soon, but I haven't seen any 650 based cards yet. Newegg doesn't have them in stock either, tho they have plenty of 550s.
 
I'm wondering when they'll show up too. If they end up retailing for $100 or less, I may just dump (sell) my current HDTV tuner for one (and gain about $100+ in the process). I haven't been using my tuner much lately anyway (though of course it is summer), and it looks like I may not ever be in a position to use or need QAM again any time in the next year or so...so no point in keeping my dual slot HDTV tuner that still retails for $250. I hope the ATSC (HD) part of the 650 turns out to be good - I like that it will be MCE-compatible, and hopefully this will apply to Vista and x64 as well.
 
Here are ATI's launch partners for the Theater 650 cards. I haven't checked all their websites yet, but I know they aren't in stock at Newegg.
