I emailed them with a problem and they send me a link to their FAQ. Which was absolutely no help at all.
I've got a Saphire Radeon 9600np 256mb. "ATI WDM Theater Video" had a yellow exclamation next to it in device manager (Win XP). I went to saphire's web site and it refers you to ATI's answer wizard (or whatever they call it). At the end you have the option to email ATI tech support. I did and got the link to the FAQ.
In the mean time, I found the email address of the people who are handling Saphire's tech support in the USA (althonmicro.com). I emailed them and they sent me an updated BIOS for the card which fixed the problem.
1. Saphire should not refer people to ATI for tech support.
2. ATI should offer real tech support rather than a retarded auto reply of a link to thier useless FAQ.
The main reason I posted this was to help anyone else with this problem but I had to let off a little steam too. Sorry.
