ati still doesn't work

I installed the driver that I was told to use for the ati card which was All in wonder pro for win 2000. It loaded everything except my tv. The ati icon is in the tray. But ati display is in the trouble shooting mode. I've been trying to get this thing working for 4 days now. Please help me.
It all started when I installed winxp Pro.
Someone please help me. I've posted this under operating system but no takers.
