ATI Sound Issues

I am using ATI's TV Wonder Pro (Remote Edition). I recently encountered an error that when im watching Television, the sounds just quits until I change to a different station. I have been exploring ATI's website endlessly and seems that I really can't find a solution.

I am using only one sound card, my OS is Windows XP and I have an emachine. Basically I have done everything the website has recommended me to do, it hasn't resolved my problem so far. So please help me. 🙁

Might want to really dig in ATI's website sometimes they have things buried under a lot of pages.
I had an ATI Radeon VE video card and an ATI TV Wonder card and finally found on their website that they had a compatibility problem under XP. After I gave up on it I think they came out with updated drivers. So you might want to keep looking.
Good luck

This is somewhat similar to the 'problem' I was having with my ATI-AIW 7500.
Sound would only be on when I ran the initialization wizard. It would be off when tuned to a TV station.
It turns out, I had a mute box checked somewhere in the ATI multi-media center. It wasn't the mute on the little guy that shows up when you're watching TV, it was somewhere in the configuration. That computers down at the moment, else I would tell you exactly where it was.
