ATI Silencer 5 install on GTO2. Worse Overclock!?!?

Maybe a reinstall of the drivers, But im pissed this thing doesnt budge over 55 and im getting 510/575ish its wierd because I could do 520ish/590 before. The ram is really what I dont understand because its rated to 600 and Ive had it near that with no artifacts in ati tool.
 
Tried the reinstall drivers and no luck. Even tried AtiTool vs AtiTray but definetly Lost mhz on both core and memory for sure. Yet my temp wont go over 53. What the heck.....
 
did you make sure to plug in the extra power(molex) connector (4pin) that is needed for this card to run properly.
 
Yeah, 4got it already and it wont even boot if its not plugged in. Maybe Ill pull the Silencer check contacts and put it right back on, although im really not for doing that since my temps are so low.
 
you have to be doing something wrong......maybe the silencer isn't on full contact and the temp sensor somehow isn't working right...
