Have any of you ATI users had to wait a long time for your RMA replacement from ATI? I sent them my 9800Pro, and USPS says they received it on Sept. 27th. It's October 20th now and I don't have my replacement yet... ATI doesn't have any phone numbers to call for warranty info, and they also don't have any email addresses that work... support@ati.com doesn't get answered by any people, only used for auto sending...
anyway, has anyone else had a super long wait time? Any suggestions on how to find out the status of my RMA?
