I sent an AIW 9800 pro card into ATI for repair/warranty service on the 8th of
February.
Thru the month as I've checked back (twice by phone, twice by email)
(only one reply in email though). I've been told (making a long story short)
that ATI is having supply problems with the company they ship replacement
cards from. And it appears that my RMA replacement will be delayed two
weeks from when it would normally have shipped.
My question, has anyone else sent in a card on RMA since early February,
and had any problems getting a replacement?
