ATI RMA delays

I sent an AIW 9800 pro card into ATI for repair/warranty service on the 8th of
February.

Thru the month as I've checked back (twice by phone, twice by email)
(only one reply in email though). I've been told (making a long story short)
that ATI is having supply problems with the company they ship replacement
cards from. And it appears that my RMA replacement will be delayed two
weeks from when it would normally have shipped.

My question, has anyone else sent in a card on RMA since early February,
and had any problems getting a replacement?

 
I sent in a AIW Radeon in on Feb 11th and I got back a AIW 8500DV today😀 shipped from Texas with Fedx overnight service
 
I received a re-furb 9800pro from warranty that only lasted 3-days before it went bad. It was a re-furb sent from a Texas location. They might be having problems with one of their Sub-contractors that does warranty re-furbs for them maybe?

They received the bad card in NY on Fri, and I have not received an email about the replacement yet.

That is more or less the way they described the problem. Thanks for helping
me clarify the issue.

StumbleBum1, I'm running my main system on my old AIW8500DV while waiting
for the other card to come back. My other system is running an AIW Radeon.

Unfortunately (for me) the card I sent in is too new to bump me up to the next
better version as a replacement.

 
Quick followup.

My replacement AIW 9800 pro arrived this morning.

Funny thing is, I also got an email reply to my second email request, claiming
that they could not find my card in the system (probably because it had already
been shipped by the time they checked).

 
I have not received an email with info of a repalcement comming my way. And they received my returned card it last friday.
