ATI resolution problem

Every time I try to set my res to 1152x864 (in game or desktop) it defaults to 60hz.

I've tried messing around with the drivers, several refresh override programs, no dice....

My monitor def supports that res and the refresh rates I'm trying to set. It just locks at 60hz and will not go any higher (21 in trini).

I'm using a 9600XT AIW, I've successfully used the res and had full control over the refresh rates with my prior nvidia adaptor. (This is on a clean install btw)

Any suggestions?
