ATI Radeon Problems with Windows 2000 Pro

I just upgraded to win2k pro from win98 se. And I am getting a significantly lower frame rate with win2k pro. In unreal tournament I used to get 100 frames/sec. now I get about 50 frames/sec. Although Quake III runs a lot faster. What could be the problem. I also noticed ATI had a new driver update for my card which is the ATI Radeon 64 mb DDR card. Although after it had installed, my computer was showing it as a Radeon 7200, something is messed up with the download on ATI's site I think. I need any help to get my video card running better. Thanks
 
The cards have been renamed. Your card is now designated as the 7200. No problem there. You will prolly have people tell you that an upgraded OS is not a good idea but anyway, go directly to rage3d.com for help. GL.
