ATI Radeon Driver Problems In Vista

I just bought a new x2 4200+ to try and replace my old 4000+. I also installed a rosewill 550 watt psu. I booted back into Vista and for some reason with these new parts the drivers for my ati radeon x1950 pro will not load into vista and it reverts to VGA drivers.

I have tried to reinstall the drivers for the vid card, but the same thing still happens.

Please help.
