ATI Radeon Driver Conflicts (Video IN Problems)

When I click on "Video In" on the start menu under the ATI Multimedia Center folder, a program splash screen appears (says its version 7.0). An error message subsequently appears as follows:

Title: Unable to start TV

Body: The TV player failed to initialize the video. Ensure the correct video drivers have been installed and close any applications which may be playing video such as DVD or WebTV before attempting to restart TV.

Buttons: OK


I have installed the latest supported drivers from ATI's web site. I have also installed the latest Via 4-in-1's with AGP port driver in Turbo mode. I am running WinME. I am using an Asus A7V motherboard with the latest BIOS release as well.

I simply want to display the signal coming in the "video in" on the ATI Radeon 64MB DDR w/VIVO. Am I using the wrong program?

By the way, the DVD player program works great!
 
Go to Rage3d.com and download the driver from there.

It's not official drivers, hell it's not even ATi developed drivers but it works well... reallllly well.
