ATI Radeon and AGP Settings

Im experiencing some problems with my Radeon X800 Pro. Ever since I updated to the 4.7 Catalyst drivers, Under the AGP/GART Menu in the display properties it says that AGP is turned of and so is fast write and sideban addressing. Both are enabled in the bios, and I even uninstalled the 4.7's and rolled back to a few different versions. No go. Anyone know what Im talking about, and how the heck I fix it.

I've also seen an overall drop in performance, especially in OpenGL where it feels like I lost 30% or so.

Reinstall your mobo chipset drivers and then DX9. That usually cures the smartgart problem.

I have done that. DO I need a special driver cleaner program to completely wipe the old ones out first? Or just install over top of them?
