ATI Radeon AIW with too much freeze - Need Help !!!

I just got a new retial Ati radeon All in wonder 32mb agp.
had no problem installing the drivers, but the deadly black screen comes up almost everytime I try to setup the Tv function. Sometime at scanning the channels, sometimes when I click on next in the wizard.
And when I finally go through the wizard after like 8 reboots on dead screens, I can finally watch the tv now, but the screen will go dead whenever I right click on the video (for resizing purposes)

The tv function runs fine in the windows WebTv, but just doesnt cut it in the Ati Tv.
I even started to get black screens when I'm installing applications. I really want to get this card to work.. since I paid a decent amount of money for it.
Can anyone please help me out?

I have the following system
--------
Amd Thunderbird Socket A 900mhz
Abit K7T mobo
64mb ram
Hawking 10BaseT NIC
20gig, 60gig maxtor hd
sb live value
win98 (first edition)

Anyone had similar problem?

I did, but it will not work with WinMe. IT keeps showing the "Digital Signature Notification" warning, and the install will not be completed.

any way to bypass that warning?

I feel for you dude, I cannot get the DVD player to work on my AIW. Every time I get an ATI card it is always an ordeal to get everything to work right...think I would learn.

Try going to www.rageunderground.com and look around the discussion and ask the question there.

sorry I can't help more.

i'm running on w2k with my AIW and everything is working fine. Just install the latest display drivers from their site and install everything else from the cd. of course when you pop in the cd do a custom install and make sure you uncheck display driver as you don't want to install over the newer files

To fix the signature problem, click the advanced tab right before it starts to install it, then click prompt. It should then allow you to install the special purpose drivers. That is the problem, I had the same problem. I called ATI and they told me to use the SP drivers. Running very smooth now no freezes.
