ATI Radeon 9800 XT.....128-bit memory interface?

I got this card off of e-bay, just won it, haven't received it yet. Apparently it is a 128-bit ATI Radeon 9800 XT. Aren't all the 9800 series 256-bit memory? At the very least, the Pro and the XTs are because they are the top of the line of the 9800 series, correct?

So is this just listed wrong? Or do they make a 128-bit one? I e-mailed the seller and he confirmed that it IS indeed 128-bit.

some 9800s and 9800se comes w/ a 128 bit interface = bad. In my knowledge anyways. Your pretty much been screwed if you have a so called "9800XT" w/ a 128 bit interface. It is more likely to be the Pro/Se/regular version. All 9800XTs have a 256 bit interface thats' for sure

I've never heard of a 128-bit 9800XT, but there have certainly been 128-bit and even four-pipe 9800s and 9800Ps (tho they should have been called 9800SEs)--in the USA, at least. It's possible there were 128-bit XTs sold elsewhere.

Only way to be sure is to use it, or maybe just to verify that there are RAM chips on both sides of the card.
 
I dont think I would pay for it. Just contact ebay and try to explain to them it is an incorrect listing. Idont know for sure but I have never heard of a 128 bit XT. Besides I dont even think that is a great deal anyways. Why not buy a new x800 from a online dealer for like 20 bucks more??
 
I have an old outdated computer and really just wanted a cheap upgrade to get DVI on my card. 1.4 Athlon tbird and 512 megs of ram, win XP, abit KT7A mobo and a GF3 from visiontek.
