ATI Radeon 9700Pro

Wheres the cheapest place to get the ATI Radeon 9700Pro? I looked online and the cheapest I could find was $275, Bestbuy has it for $299. Usually if bestbuy has something for 300 I can find it online for around 250 or cheaper. Is 275 the cheapest I am going to find it? I found it at ocsystem.com and FTIComputer.com are these safe places to buy from?

its a nonpro but a simple o/c can fix that

Have you bought a refurbed video card from newegg before? What kind of gurantee does it come with? I don't want to buy a lemon.

i would stay away from refurbs as they don't have the same warranty coverage as an oem/retail board.

Although most stores are sold out, Best Buy has them on clearance for 249.99.

Newegg is a option if you can live without any extended warranties. Then again as with most electronics, if it works fine for the first few days, very likely its going to last for quite some time unless you happen to modify, OC, etc... In any case I've purchased at least a 1/2 dozen refurbs from Newegg and never had a DOA, lemon, or defective card yet....knock on wood....
