ATI Radeon 9700 - Where do you buy a power adapter?

I have a ATI Radeon 9700 non-pro, but it didnt come with a power adapter (OEM card only).

2 questions:

1) Do I need a power adapter?

2) If so, where do I buy one?

You don't need a power adapter. It runs off the same +12v rail as your HDD via the floppy connector. Unless you've got a very peculiar PSU, you should have two floppy connections available to you. Just plug one of them to the card.

Yep, just use a floppy power connector and you should be fine.
