Ati Radeon 9600 Pro Ultra??????

while looking for a new video card on price watch, i noticed that there is a 9600 Pro Ultra card. Has anyone done a benchmark on this card? What I specifically want to know is if it is faster that the 9500 pro. Its only $20 more than the pro so it seems like a good deal.

I've never seen one but it turns out that my 9600 Pro has the same memory chips on it that the 9700 Pro has. If only there was a coolbits thing for Radeons. Or too bad I can't rewrite the BIOS to run at a higher speed by default like I did with my GF4 Ti 4200.

Dave at Beyond3D reviewed the Sapphire Fireblade 9600 Pro, which is about the same thing: the memory is OC'ed to 330MHz.

These 9600 Pro Pro's are a response to nVidia jacking up 5600U speed at the last moment. In fact, Sapphire's Fireblade is supposed to sell at the same price as their regular 9600P's (but they're only available for a limited time, I think).

I wouldnt get one of these cards, you can already OC the 9600 Pro above stock 9500 Pro speeds very easily.
