I installed an ATI Radeon 9600 PRO into my new Shuttle SFF. I never noticed until recently how noisy the fan on the card is. I was wondering what is out there that I can use to reduce the fan noise and still have everything fit in the case.
 
If you don't need the extra 3D performance, you can get a regular RADEON 9600, which is fanless. They only use a small passive heatsink.

The smaller Zalman heatpipe for the R9600-class cards might fit in a Shuttle case... it would probably be a real tight fit, though, and your PCI slot would be blocked.
