ATI Radeon 9500 Pro keeps locking up my system!!!

I just built my system recently and put in the ATI Radeon 9500 Pro on a Gigabyte P4 Titan 667 motherboard. Its a P4 at 1.8 mgz speed.

Are there compatibility issues regarding this graphics card and my mother board

I keep getting this error message upon startup after the lock up freezes my system and i have to restart.
