ATI Radeon 9200 Redraw Problem

Hi There,
I dont know why this happened but, all of a sudden i had shaking horizontal lines on my mouse pointer, and every image had those lines as well... Videos had both vertical and horizontal shaking lines...
Then, i went to Display Properties - Settings - Advanced - TroubleShoot and moved hardware acceleration 2 bars to the left. This solved the shaking horizontal lines problem that i had. But in order to play videos without those lines, i still have to keep moving hardware acceleration up until basic...
But this time, quality of movies go waaay down...
Does any of you know how to fix this problem? I have searched over the internet and seen that many people had the same problem before but I could not find a fix for that... I guess this problem is called redraw problem...
Thanks

remove the old drivers, and install the latest catalyst drivers. Run diagnostic tests to see if your graphics card memory is corrupt.......

I uninstalled the old drivers and installed latest catalyst drivers(the one released on 9/9/04). What diagnostic test is it btw?
These lines also appear from the beginning of boot sequence. From the first black screen where you can see your bios information and cpu speed... to desktop...
When windows starts, screen "refreshes" couple of times for no reason. Could this be related?
What's gonna happen if my graphics card memory is corrupt? Should i get use to live with this 🙁

anyone have problems with the 9200 and the dell 2001fp lcd? i just got the 9200 and have problems running it at 1600x1200 with dvi.
