Is this a double post? I had a 9000 Pro 128mb version and consider it much better than the new 9200. Just like I consider the 9500Pro better than the 9600. When I went to the 9500Pro, I was surprised at the difference. Then I put a 9700Pro in my other box and saw another gain, although not as dramatic. Your 9200 is going to be pushed to play the new games. If you turn the res down to 800x600 and put the other settings on low it will probably do it without stuttering too much. I would rather have a game not stutter than have everything super sharp. Your system is going to be limited by your video card. You can find some good used 9500-9700's for $100-125 and have a card you'll be happy with for a long time. Everyone wants the latest and greatest. But for the best bang for the buck, a used 9700Pro is hard to beat.
