ATI Radeon 9100/8500 BIOSes to flash back to stock

I bought a couple of video cards over the last year for the family: a 128MB Visiontek Xtasy 9100 and a 128MB Radeon 8500LE (both AGP). Both cards seem to have been flashed to overclocked BIOSes and they crash in games after extended periods of time; I'd like to flash both back to their stock 250/250 so I don't need to set it in Rage3d tweak.

Does anyone know a source for Radeon 8500/9100 BIOSes? A search brings up lots of 9800 BIOS files, but I haven't found anything for the 8500 cards.

Any info would be great!
