ATI Radeon 8500LE 128MB overclock

Hi all
I need help overclocking my radeon 8500 LE.
Anyone knows how to use the pencil trick and flash bios ?
Also what heatsink/fan needed to get it works properly ?

Go to rage3d.com and download one of the tweakers available there.

Save your pencil for, uh, other purposes.

I have a 8500LE and overclocked to 300/300 just fine without using a pencle.
