ATI Radeon 8500DV: NTSC to PAL conversion

Does anyone know if it's possible to convert an NTSC 8500DV to a PAL 8500DV? Software or hardware? I ask because I'm about to get one, and would be interested to know if I'll need to get a new card when I move back to Europe ...
