Don't remember seeing anyone post anything about the 64MB version yet. Went to the Sacramento Best Buy next to Arden Mall last night, saw 4 of these bad boys in stock. $200 - 20% coupon = $160. Anyone know if there's a rebate on these too? Still, $160 for a 64MB card isn't too bad, good till Sunday.

Edit: This is retail version, includes VIVO

If you don't want the Radeon they also have the Creative MX in stock there, had 2 last night. My buddy picked one up for $129 - 20% off + tax = $113.

Does anyone know if this board performs better or worse compared to the Nvidia GeForce 2?

I'm positive it's the 64MB version. Both me and my buddy saw the same thing. Kinda odd that they would want $399 for it though, they go on e-bay for $180. They had one on the shelf and 3 more locked up in the storage cage above the monitor display. If it's that hot maybe I'll go back after I get off work.

More weirdness, now they have them in stock again, guess it depends on who you talk to. Here's their number: 916 925-1212. They have 6. Arden Mall, right next to Toys R Us. I'll try after work, if they have any by the time I get there. Won't be for another 2 hours though, so anyone in Davis or Sac wants to go get them please go now.

VM,
are you sure it is the 64 and not the 32 meg????
I know this has been asked already but,the ATI radeons here in NJ
the 64 sells for 399 with no rebate and the 32 sells for 200 and there is a rebate.
IF IT IS A 64 CAN YOU SCAN AND POST OR EMAIL YOUR SALES SLIP????
Would like to try to price match???????
What a DEAL if you got it for 160

i JUST CALLED best buy in arden fair and a CSR told me that the 32 mb card is 199, not the 64 mb card....the 64 mb still goes for 399...virtuamike, i think you saw a misprint or something...there is no way the retail card could be that cheap

I'm sure it was the 64MB. I had it in my hands last night. Me and my buddy were having an argument over which one to get, and he ended up getting the Creative MX instead because he didn't want to spend so much. If I knew retail on it was $400 I would've bought all of them.

dafatha00: If they give you any hassle about the price, tell them that you were there last night and you saw it for $199. And then tell them you called this afternoon and confirmed it was $199. Besides, when I checked they didn't have any 32MB Radeons, all 64MB.

i checked earlier this week(tuesday) thinking the same you guys are, but took it to the scanner over in vidgames and it's $399...this at the bb on winchester in memphis. still no cl 2 mx doggonit

edit: yeah, they didn't have any 32mb either, plus no shelf sticker for the 64(hence my scheme...)

I don't think the Radeon 64 is $199. They may be sitting in the same spot where the 32's are or were (as they were at my Best Buy) and not have a price tag on the shelf other than the $199 for the 32, but when they scan the upc it comes up as $399.

Yeah, I just got a radeon 32 meg for 199.99, and then the 20% off coupon.

It must have been a pricing error.
